Welcome to the K-4 STEM Lab

Welcome to the STEM Lab!  After nineteen years of teaching, I can honestly say I have never enjoyed teaching as much as I have here at ASU Prep!  My outlook and philosophy in the classroom has always been to have fun!  Every student I know loves science, and we have fun in the lab together.  This year we will focus on engineering, and naturally bring in science, math, and technology.  As we work on projects, I will send out material lists, sign-up genius invites, and volunteer opportunities.  Your support last year made the year a success, and I am looking forward to working with all of the K-4 families again this year.

Personally, I am a mom of two wonderful boys.  We are a baseball family, and spend many evenings in the fall and spring at the field.  My husband is also a teacher, and a huge baseball fan.  Our family is split between the Brewers and the Diamondbacks!  As a family we love to play board games, go swimming, hiking, and trying new adventures.  My favorite adventure this summer was exploring the Disney Parks in Florida with my family.  What a truly magical trip!
